Adding Harms

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the Risk section, click Harm.
    Result: The Harm list window is displayed.
  4. Click Add New Record.
    Result: The Harm entry window is displayed.
  1. Enter the name of the new harm.
  2. Enter a description of the harm.
  3. Click the drop down button and select the risk severity associated with the harm, such as Critical. Once the risk severity is selected, a numeric value representing the severity is displayed. For information on configuration, see Risk Severities.
  1. Click the Submit button.
    Result: The new harm has been added to the Harm list window with a status of Active.
